German Dutch Business Forum at NEC: Choices for Transformation & Growth

New European College is excited to host the German Dutch Business Forum Monthly Meeting on our campus! NEC students and members of the German Dutch Business Forum – Deutsch-Niederländischen Geschäftsforums e.V. (DNG)– are warmly invited to join us on Tuesday, 3 March 2020 for “Choices for Transformation & Growth” with guest speaker Dan Norenberg.

About The Event:

How do we make the most of the opportunities around us? What needs to be done in leadership teams so that the way they work inspires and engages people? How do we win more ideal customers for building relationships with us?

These are some of the questions that people striving for success ask themselves and of their surroundings. Often times when you read or hear about successful executives, teams and companies, you quickly get the impression that success is coincidence.

On Tuesday, March 3rd, Dan Norenberg, a Munich-based executive consultant of American origin, takes us into the world of successful management and sustainable growth of a company. Significant changes, transformation and success come about through a series of small decisions that are in line with the aspiration and vision.

Topics will include:

  • Why decisions follow choices
  • Characteristics of “high yield” choices
  • Personal, team and customer choices for growth
  • Sustaining choices for transformation

About The Speaker:

Dan Norenberg is an executive consultant to leadership teams who strive to play at their best. His upcoming book, “EXECUTIVE OWERSHIFT, Creating Highly Effective Leadership Teams”, will be available early in 2020 through Springer Publishing. You can learn more about Dan and his work at www.dannorenberg.com.
